Terms and Conditions for Client
- There is nothing to be worried about, if the client is not easily available to deliver the required documents. Then the staff members are able to visit the residential location to inquire about further documents after 15 days.
- The clients are bound to share more than two contact numbers to get in touch in an emergency.
- Service users are bound to ensure communication with staff with respect and dignity.
- In order to maintain the relationship between company staff and clients, it needs to ensure the proximity at 5 feet.
- If the client needs to relocate the construction and event, it needs to share the exact location with staff before a minimum time of five days to ensure the management of the new traffic management plan as per the location.
- Do not ask personal questions such as the financial status or marital life of staff members, and respect the personal space.
Terms and Conditions of the Company
- The company is bound to repay the half-time service charges in case of cancellation of booking by the client before the service day.
- Respecting the confidentiality of clients' personal information, such as name, address, and package details, is the top priority of the company.
- Every staff member is bound to provide high-quality traffic service to the client.
- On the complaint by the clients, the company is bound to go for an in-depth investigation.
- Staff is bound to work with honesty and complete dedication for the client besides personal issues.
